“Drishyam 3: The Conclusion” has crossed the 400-crore mark at the worldwide box office in just eight days, becoming the highest-grossing film of Ajay Devgn’s career.
The thriller, directed by Abhishek Pathak and starring Devgn alongside Tabu, Shriya Saran, and Jaideep Ahlawat, has grossed about 407.76 crore worldwide since its release on October 2. The figure pushes it past “Singham Again,” which had held the actor’s career record at 402.26 crore.
The eight-day sprint to the milestone makes “Drishyam 3” one of the fastest Indian films to the 400-crore club, cementing the franchise’s status as one of the country’s most bankable. The “Drishyam” series has built a loyal audience with its tightly plotted suspense, and the concluding chapter appears to have delivered the payoff fans were waiting for.
The film is also the second highest-grossing film of Tabu’s career worldwide, surpassed only by “Andhadhun.” For an actor with one of the most decorated careers in Indian cinema, the ranking underscores the film’s remarkable commercial reach.
With the film continuing its run, trade watchers expect the final tally to climb further, extending a record that now stands as the defining box-office achievement of Devgn’s career.
